Okay, So how do i prevent velocity anti dive engaging? the check box is "un checked" but the light still comes on for the entire cut, and the THC never becomes active.

This is new with one of the recent updates. it's previously worked flawlessly for the last 6 months.
Is there a way to disable it with a Hal pin?

That will happen if the velocity during a cut never gets up to the Cut Feed Rate for the selected material.

It needs to get to that feed rate to sample the voltage for THC.

Since it came up:
I tend to disable it most of the time, leave it on only when cutting a full plate.
I have it set at 65%. Having it at 90% makes no sense in almost all use cases.
I did not notice the behavior explained above, yet, although using over 1 month old build.

There has been no recent work that would affect this. As far as my shrinking brain can remember anyhow.

Only if the velocity never reaches the required velocity to start THC.

If the velocity at some stage reaches the required velocity then THC will activate, then if the velocity falls below the threshold percentage THC will deactivate. It will stay deactivated until the required velocity is reached again.
