most of the cam_align 2.9 docs will work in 2.8 (-o options depend on how new 2.8 is)

That's good . Unfortunately I am currently running 2.8.0 on the PnP. I know I should upgrade to 2.9 I am just not
their yet. LOL. Mostly because my experience with Debian has been an exercise in futility.

Generally you would define the camera as a tool and put the XY offset in the tool table.
Then you can "touch-off" to zero and the other tools (without the XY offset) will be aligned.

There are no videos that I know of, just the linuxcnc docs.
PyQT5 videos would be helpful if you want to do python extensions of widgets/screens.

Just noticed this:
It's not much for explaining but demos the process.
I didn't actually watch the whole thing though.
This is for building a screen, building panels is basically the same.
