Guys,
i need help. Please, tell me, as i'm lost - my friend is buying Visual CAD/CAM and the seller is asking him what post processor to attach to the software. He is going to use LinuxCNC with Mesa cards to control his machine. Which post processor is ok for this setup?
Thank you,
Boogie

How about Linux CNC Post processor?
Given that some software has this it might be really available or not?

Overhaul motion is G-Code Standard for Linuxcnc. Therefore if your friend is forced to pick a controller-specific postprocessor, I'd recommend a "Fanuc System B" to start with. Be mindful that all postprocessors inevitably require modifications... all depending on the machine-tool features, some more than others...
