QtPyVCP .deb packages repository doesn't work was created by elovalvo

I saw in
www.qtpyvcp.com/install/bullseye.html
a link for debian packages
repository.qtpyvcp.com/repo/linuxcnc_debs/
but the link doesn't work.
Anyone know why?
