I do not use igH, I use industrial plc from LogicLab and I love it. Best thing there is.

What is the model number for industrial plc from LogicLab.

to be clear: this is a software-plc running on the same pc like the LinuxCNC;
So there is no "Model Number "

You need a PC with e.g. Linux PREEMPT Debian11;
Then installing LinuxCNC; 
Then installing Runtime LLExec installer for Ubuntu x64 2.22.01

That's your basic setup;

what is that squeaky noise on your axis motion?  sounds like misaligned motor screw with squeaky lovejoy type couplers maybe?  is that setup for ethercat documents somewhere already?
