i can shift which axis refs by changing the designer ref button command here its pretty straight forward.
machine.home.axis:a
whatever axis you put at the end of this button is the axis that will ref

instead of using the letter, use the joint number and see if this resolves! change the word axis: to joint: also
machine.home.joint:0
machine.home.joint:1
machine.home.joint:2
machine.home.joint:4
machine.home.joint:5
machine.home.joint:0
machine.home.joint:1
machine.home.joint:2
machine.home.joint:4
machine.home.joint:5

try that and let me know if it works, if so you will need to also adjust the unhome buttons in the WCS sidebar tab to use joint numbers
and you may want to add your 4th/5th axis buttons there as well.

ok update...today i got a working 3 and a working 4 axis plot to my machine configuration...the 3 Axis working plot is just fine all buttons working correctly.but in the 4th axis plot the Zero B button did not work. DRO works correctly to my b axis.and when i do single ref for all axis (not refall button) i cant jog my machine and become a error like this from the attachment.
is this an error from porbe_basic or from linux_cnc? iám running linux cnc 2.9.0 pre ...
edit: I solved the Zero B error... G10 L2 P{ch[0]} B0.0 needs to be G10 L20 P{ch[0]} B0.0
