Home button for A-axis

How would I go about adding a "home" button for the A-Axis to QtDragon? Currently I have home buttons for X, Y, and Z, but A has a "goto zero" button instead.

I tried copying the home button from Z (btn_home_z), renaming it to btn_home_a and and changing "joint" under "Dynamic Properties" from 2 to 3. But, that doesn't seem to work.

What version of linuxcnc are you using?

make sure 'home action' is checked in the properties.
Set the joint number and the axis letter in the properties.

Oh and make sure it's an ActionButton.
So don't copy the other home buttons - convert the original button

Thank you Chris. Converting the original button worked perfectly. I just needed to check the "home action" box (well, and change the text to "HOME" for aesthetics).
