QtDragon homing routines......... was created by Roguish
Does Qtdragon follow the standard homing routines as defined in the Linuxcnc docs?
I copied my .ini file (from axis) to a dragon setup.
The Y homing in axis worked fine. Drove to the switch, tripped the switch, reversed to search for the index, found the index, and moved to the final home.
I Qtdragon, it drove to the switch, tripped the switch, DID NOT reverse, instead continued in the same direction to fine the index, and instead it destroyed the switch...............
Not good.
Waz Up?.

Switch in the wrong place.
Switches should be mounted always such that nothing can break them, machine must have hard stops, not use switches as hard stops.
Not using QtDragon so not sure, although it should be same as in Axis.
Putting a - in front of the home_latch_velocity value should fix that, but again not sure about QtDragon.
Sorry, not helping, but i really like QtDragon but i do not have time to finish my mill so i can use it, but if it does not use the default homing stuff from LinuxCNC i am sure i will not use it, i just do not like messing with the bullet proof reliability of LinuxCNC and homing is a major part of that.
