Customized QtDragon Discussion

 Some trial work on a customized Qtdragon with a sliding splitter pane.Also has gcode text zoom buttons in settings  The attachment holds the folders/files needed to be added to the config file inside the qtvcp folder. There should already be a qtvcp folder in your config. This will add a screens folder with qtdragon inside it.

I like it, a few details need to be worked out and it can be.
It even remembers after restarting qtdragon how some sections should be set, e.g. file yes, settings no

Yes it records it in a private setting file. there are some situations ie when the jog area is hidden that is not recorded as the code doesn't call the settings saving loading code.
So that could be improved.

So would you say this is something that should be included by default?
Also I imagine qtdragon_hd could also use this. maybe less so as the screen area is already bigger.

Yes, I think it would be possible to introduce such an arrangement at this stage.
A few things do not fit into the minimum size of the main window, but such small things will be happy to improve.
There is also a static size of the line number space in the gcode field and it does not fit with a larger font.

I made some tweaks with better button matching.
There is also some error after pressing the "user" button several times.

This will require the latest 2.9/master code.User button fixed.splitter can be set differently in Manual/MDI or auto.
