Where did the REFX REFY REFZ buttons go?

I was working along with qtdragon and the milling machine. Then I had a reason to test the latest version of linuxcnc and now the REFX REFY and REFZ buttons are gone. I do need them, I do a lot of touching off and almost every time I enter a value from that menue.
It looked like this (from the manual)
 
and now it looks like this
 
I have tried to find it back in the gui code, but it seems the buttons are gone.

Is there any way to get the buttons back? Or how is manual touching off supposed to be done?

 

Should see the same options by pressing the DRO display or press and hold the axis letter button.

It's also possible to customize (a bit ) what shows on the popup context menu in stylesheets:
