Rotary axis in Qtdragon_hd

Hi, I am playing with qtdragon_hd and cannot seem to get a fourth rotary axis (XYZB) working in the preview in the way I would like. At the moment, in the simulation samples in the latest 2.9.3 release such as "qtdravon_hd_xyza", the rotary A-axis rotates the spindle. But in my setup, I want to rotate the stock. I've tried changing the "trivkins" in the INI file to other options, but then the machine doesn't even turn on for some reason! Does anyone have a working example they could share where the stock rotates rather than the spindle? Thanks!

I know this will be a question that exposes my extreme ignorance, but I am trying to implement what is written in the INI documentation :

"G-code previews should be done with zero G5x, G92 offsets. This can be facilitated by setting offsets in programs only when task is running as indicated by #<_task> == 1" 

I understand the principle of this, but am not sure how to do it in practice! As I set the WCS offsets within the qtdragon_hd gui, how can I get those to only apply during running of the program? It seems like I would need to change the behavior of the GUI, but this is probably my misunderstanding. I'd appreciate greatly some step-by-step advice from someone who has gotten this working! Many thanks in advance!

 Hello, everyone! I'm writing here so as not to clutter up the forum with unnecessary topics.
I can't seem to properly configure the display of the rotation axis on QtDragon.
I tried setting GEOMETRY=AXYZ  and GEOMETRY=!AXYZ, and I changed both TRAJ and  KINS, but the rotation axis is still not displayed. For example, in this code there are 4 rotations of the A axis, but it draws like this 
 

Can you post your config files?

Yes, of course, here it is.
I removed it from there.
GEOMETRY = AXYZ
from there because it doesn't work for me anyway.
 

Doesn't anyone use a rotary axis anymore, and does no one know what the problem might be?
