Project Overkill ! Mini CNC router for Gold and SIlver !

This is the result of last 10 days of work, looks and works pretty nice as it can mill Alu with a 3mm end mill at 1mm depth in a single swoop. The Proxon does not like doing that as it has developed quite some play ( radially 0.2mm, axially over 1.5mm ), so am making a small spindle for it.
Some tech specs,
HiWin HGR/HGH 25 mm on X and Y axis, 20mm round rails on Z
Nook 1605 ball screws and nuts on X and Y axis
Work envelope: X = 200mm, Y = 250mm, Z = 35mm
All motors are Sanyo Denki
Weighs in at over 40KG !

Thanks Chris, that is 10 12 hour days or more, the small ones tend to take a lot of time with fine adjustments.

Gave it to friends that do billboards and 3d lettering and this is how it looks now. Not finished yet, but it looks nice.
