Project Overkill ! Mini CNC router for Gold and SIlver !

This is the result of last 10 days of work, looks and works pretty nice as it can mill Alu with a 3mm end mill at 1mm depth in a single swoop. The Proxon does not like doing that as it has developed quite some play ( radially 0.2mm, axially over 1.5mm ), so am making a small spindle for it.
Some tech specs,
HiWin HGR/HGH 25 mm on X and Y axis, 20mm round rails on Z
Nook 1605 ball screws and nuts on X and Y axis
Work envelope: X = 200mm, Y = 250mm, Z = 35mm
All motors are Sanyo Denki
Weighs in at over 40KG !
Here are some pictures and a link to a short video on youtube, had to many failed attempts at filming a video as both my phone and tablet decided to take a day off today !

Thanks Chris, that is 10 12 hour days or more, the small ones tend to take a lot of time with fine adjustments.
Thank you, and also thank you for the new GUI, had a look at it today and it looks awesome.

Gave it to friends that do billboards and 3d lettering and this is how it looks now. Not finished yet, but it looks nice.
