What would you do?
If you bought a plasma table Euro 32000,00 that isn't working as prospected?
It has a powermax 125.
Here is a "dramatic" situation of a company who has invest huge money in a cnc plasma machine.
Maybe it's something for our Kosovo company to transform this machine with a new guide way and brand new stable bridge.
And after all. To drive this machine with a nice linux plasma software.
Tommy, can you do this job?
The payment's of the machine and the repair's
Client has made a short REPLACEMENT list over 3 years, repairs about 7000 euro's :
-2x replaced z axis motor
-1x replaced x axis motors on both sides
-1x replaced monitor toch screen
-2x replace motor beld's
The owner of this machine want's to stay anonymous. There are 3 similar sitiuation's of this type of machine exported just in Holland.
So just for information. Don't trust a seller on his blue looking eyes. The distribution seller of this machine is a dutch welding tools company with pain in the head i think right now.

Funny in all my time in banking, Only two customers let me down and they both had blue looking eyes!
But seroiusly, back on topic, these machines look a bit too good for Tommy, the master of ghetto builds! And I do admire his resourcefulness so he's bound to get them going.
