1. A router of my own design, finished at summer 2010
Original configuration from 2010:

Spindle bearings needed a replacement (this was expected)

All steppers are changed to a bit more powerful (and the drivers) and the latest upgrade was the PC.
Controlled with parallel port and a self made opto-bob.
1200mm/min on all axes, spindle 20000rpm 100W.

Things made:
50 year birthday present for my brother in law, a wooden wrist watch: case (part 1)
Keyboard from pear wood: pcb (part 1)

2. Converted Optimum BF20L, finished at 2011
Just installed on the new table, almost ready:

Only the PC is upgraded last year (the old P4 thing stopped working correctly)
Cotrolled with parallel port and a self made opto-bob.
2100mm/min on all axes, original spindle 30-3000rpm

Things made: keyboard front plate

3. Restored CNC lathe17M00Bф30. Work is still in progress (casing etc) but fully functional.
About 10 years unused in a warehouse before I got this. Everything was disassembled (even the ball screws), cleaned, painted etc. Only some transformers, contactors, motors and encoders are left of the original electric parts. Everything else needed a replacement ;)
Controlled with a 5i25+7i76. Spindle motor is also changed from the original 1.1kW 170V DC to 1.5kW 380V 3-phase motor with a VFD.
8- position tool turret, driven by the original 50W 380V 3-phase motor with an AVR controller. The tool changer can be controlled with a serial port and I wrote a small python code (using manual tool change as an example) to use the changer easily from linuxcnc.
3000mm/min on both axes, spindle 50-6000rpm (with manua belt gear change)

Condition when received late 2013:

Work in progress 2014:

Lights 2016:

Things done: hose adapter thread
