LinuxCNC may easily be used to control a SLS printer. The powder bed and spreader is not shown in the video. A piece of lumber is used for demonstration of the controlled laser path.
This printer uses a analog +/- 5V galvo and 20W CO2 RF laser.
A Mesa 7i77 is used in open loop mode to control the analog galvos.
There is a new XY2-100 digital interface that also works with LinuxCNC for use with digital galvo heads.

what is the optic precision beam diameter min-max to melt sinter of the system used

Doesn't matter much to LCNC. All of that is dependent on the beam source, beam expander, galvos and lens or fiber laser used.
