It still needs some tweaking, mostly just adjusting the zones and overlaps, a little bit of smoke escaped, but it is so much better than what I dealt with before. This only works because of Rod W and the time he took to sort everything out for me... from the other side of the world!

An advice:
Make a copy of the config, edit the accelerations on X and Y axis to a lower value, add a desktop shortcut.
This way you have lower acceleration when cutting thicker metal, and higher accelerations when cutting thin sheets.
This only after gathering some tests cuts to see what works for what best.
Notice in the video there are places when there are sparks behind the torch, meaning it did not manage to cut through cleanly.
A very nice machine and a great job overall, thank you.

Great to see it up and running! Really worth the effort. You could try some pieces of plywood or a welding blanket to cover the unused part of the table....
