Did another QTPlasmac machine. It is working decent now with sheetcam QTPlasmac, 7i92-7i76, thcad, ohmic probing  and some steppers.
Running a Lincoln ProCut-55.
Cant get the mpg working but I think the encoder is bad. Going tp swap out tomorrow with a known good one.

Good work. How does the downdraft work for you? Is it enough just at one end?
What were you showing after the controlbox at the end of your video?

The downdraft is working insane. There no smoke anywhere.IT pulls everything. The blue box is the unit that got the suction and filters in it. Two different type of filters. Works amazing.Good work. How does the downdraft work for you? Is it enough just at one end?

Your are welcome. Who knows, one day I might want to make a router and you can return the favour!
I would be interested to know some details on the extraction unit.
