Differential signaling pairs (like those in an ethernet cable) should be kept close together on the PCB.

(pairs can be far from other pairs, but both traces of a pair should be close together)

Beware of crosstalk.
The layer below a data lane should be a ground plane.

google drive is my harddrive, its very easy to update, revise or edit the document,
I suggest to you to use it:)
