No Power for Manipulator Actuators
I am close to finish my retroftting project witn a 5 DOF industrial manipulator, controlled by linuxcnc.
When I try to turn on the all system like to energize motors, gecko drivers and enconders through 60vdc/20A power supply, the manipulator doesn't move, the motors aren't powering on with the gecko drives powered on. That issue has already happened twice, and only when I turned off and after that turned on the power supply, everything was working normally...
I am working with this kit-package, 4-Axis NEMA23 350oz in 60VDC/20A PSU G320X Gecko Driver - See more at: www.automationtechnologiesinc.com/produc...o-nema23-kits/4-axis , but with additional servo motor, gecko drive and encoder.
The power supply has 4 additional capacitors with 10.000 uf/80 vdc each one, for peak current motors.
Why is happening with the power module?
Thanks a lot guys.

I ran Stepper Wizard and the robot moved!. After that I stopped o halrun (halrun -U), and when I tested my program everything worked.
What is happening with that issue?

Yes, They are. The robot is moving normally. But I don't understand why I have to stop halrun.
Thanks.

The question is:
Why do I have to run first Stepper Wizard or stop halrun to energize the motors/drives?
