is it possible, to only output the peak value? because the filtered value is approx. half of the peak value. Or maybe i could just scale it up

You could write a custom HAL component, but AFAIK there is no built-in peak-hold in HAL.
(Note that you don't want a pure peak-hold, you want a peak-hold with reset)
You could build it from standard blocks, but it would be a bit ungainly.
1) Use ddt to get the rate of change
2) use abs and use the is-negative output as the peak trigger.
3) Use a mux2 with the output wired to the in0 input as a peak-holder
4) pass the is-negative to an edge set to a very short time to trigger the mux select to take a new sample.
(Note that you don't want a pure peak-hold, you want a peak-hold with reset)
