how to shorten the Spinbox?

Hello,

i have some Spinboxes in my Pyvc Panel and they are really long but the number displayed would fit more than 3 times inside the box. Is there a way to shorten the box because the Panel is interfering too much with the Axis preview.

I think typically one puts a label beside it with spaces to set it's length.

That didnt work, where is the code for the python widgets so i can have a look at it?

no not the python file for my control panel, i mean the file which creates the spinbox. I have found this but it doesnt seem like there is a definition of how long the spinbox is.
