I'm still scratching my head on this one. You mentioned earlier about adding a decimal value to FF1. In my case my FF1 is 6.45 and 6.46 respectively x/y. Are you saying I can try just making them 6.45000 and 6.46000 and it may fix my issue? If so that seems odd but I'm certainly willing to try it.
Also to answer your question no I didn't just change the [TRAJ] MAX_LINEAR_VELOCITY. It was set like this in PNCConf along with the [AXIS}MAX_VELOCITY to 1.33 on both x & y.

But you should try making them 6.453 or 6.454 or 6.458 or go even further, but i think that should be enough in your case.

But you should try making them 6.453 or 6.454 or 6.458 or go even further, but i think that should be enough in your case.
