for a 5-Axis RTCP //Trivial workes fine in most cases setups
1.What OS is recomended 64bit 32bit
2.Does it work on Stretch Mint19
3.Do i need Master to be compiled or only Buildbot 2.9Master will do it

2 yes it works on Debian Stretch and Linux Mint 19.n , and yes the stretch version of buildbot works on Mint 19.n.
3 Buildbot 2.9 is the same the compiled version, give or take a day of differences.
