This would be my guess: (with S1 set for NPN mode)

TB4 PIN SIGNAL
1 SPINDLE- --> FC
2 SPINDLE OUT  --> FR
3 SPINDLE+ --> FS
4 NC
5 SPINDLE ENA- --> SC
6 SPINDLE ENA+ --> S1, S2  Note driving RUN AND STOP inputs in parallel
7 SPINDLE DIR- --> SC
8 SPINDLE DIR+ --> S3

Drive set for 3 wire mode (n052=0) and analog 0 to 10V input (n004=2)

Did you set parameter n052 to 0?
Is S1 set for NPN mode?
Are the other motor specific parameters set properly?

Yes NPN mode and n052 to 0.

The run led blink but don't start.

Before changing the parameters and connect to mesa card when starting manually the led stay on.

Yeah, its not really clear from the manual what the
RUN and /STOP inputs do when changed simultaneously

You might try wiring /STOP (S2) to ground so its always enabled
(leaving the 7I76E ENA to drive S1 = RUN only)

If this does not work, I would probably reprogram N50,N51,N52 to the default
1,2,3 (FWD/REV on S1 and S2) set Switch 1 to PNP mode and drive S1 and S2
with 7I76E field outputs
