Homing fails 2.9.0 pre0-5518

Hello

I updated from 2.8.0 to to current master planing to use switchkin functionality.
I updated my old setup HAL setup, only thing changed was Spindle.

Machine starts up correctly and all joint moves correctly.
If i start my own homing process it will give joint 1 following error.

Then I tested individual joints; 0,2,3 will home correctly but joint 1,4 and 5.

If I home joint 0 first this goes well, after that i try joint 1 that will give following error.
If I after this try again home joint 0 it will give error joint 1 following error.

first I move it and it works as it should. This was a working setup in 2.8.0. its not a error in tuning or HAL.
then when I try to home it it will give following error.

Any idea what is wrong?





 

Sim config seems to home ok.

Well define correctly..

I run analog servo system with mesa card, homing use index. And has worked well last 10 years in this machine. 
And during my journey with EMC2 from 2004, i only had once problem with homing.

Normal homing nothing special.
Homing for all joints are setup exactly same. 
Example ​Joint 0 will home ok, but joint 1 will give following error. 
Joints are setup correctly and if you jog them they work as they should. Can see it in youtube video.
But if you homi it it will give following error immediately.

V 2.9 brings with it additional homing config settings for index homing. I'm not saying they are required but please consult the homing configuration  chapter on the online docs for V 2.9

Nothing new that should affect my setup.
