hey there
i need some help to setup spindle speed feedback from my vfd, it has a 0-5vdc Frequency signal output,

It also can use it's output to signal at speed.
Or do you wish to get the feedback speed regardless?

i like to use the analog output from the vfd , as signal speed

Do you have any interface hardware that can read the 0-5V?
It might be simpler to set up Pn28 (to value 6) so that the relay output closes when the frequency is reached, and use that to trigger a digital spindle-at-speed signal.
