Limits based on chuck installed?

Hi,
What would be the best way to deal with soft limits and multiple chucks on a lathe? My main 3jaw chuck will hit the saddle so I've set the soft limits to prevent this.

​​​​​​My collet chuck is much further back... So would need a different lower z axis soft limit. What's the best way to deal with this?

Separate configs?
