5 axis kinematics configuration

Hello guys 
I have 5- axis milling cnc machine ( XYZAB axis ) and can’t find it  in the configuration menu what should i do to setup my machine ?

If I remember correctly then the configurator will only give you four axes max so you would need to take that and modify hal and ini to 5axes.
Is this for a table or spindle rotary?

I have a rotary table that contains two rotary axis, in my knowledge it will be called A axis and C axis but when i asked someone he told me it A axis and B axis not C axis.

Yes, XYZAB would have been my answer as well.
