Home to index -> following error was created by tommy

For my rotary axis I have stepper with encoder feedback, aixs works ok for jog and running g-code (so pid tuning should be ok), but when I try to home it to index, causes following error on this axis as soon as index signal rises in 95% of tryouts.
I have Universal Stepper Controller (Pico), running 2.9.2,
Stepgen in velocity mode:

net Boutput => ppmc.0.stepgen.00.velocity
