Hello, can you tell me if limit switches are NO or NC 24vdc...I have a similar machine and I am trying first of all to bring it to the factory control.. it throws out errors that one of the limit switch is on , control allows me to reference    to the z axis, xy will not reach the switches. linear scale on x is also filled with dirt and have to figure out how to clean it. thank you very much

If its still of interest, the limit switches are normally closed, and go over a relay to the controls.

Now that most of work which came with moving is done its time to finish the reason why I bought this machine in the first place...
The 4th Axis. The servo is running, so it's time to finish the brake, lubrication and homing. Then using the chance to also install the tool setter.

Also using the chance to update the scematics

now I am waining for some additional pins for the Harting connectors 

Then making a small junction box, so the A-Axis can be easily removed
