All paths are related to the current orgin. It should be the same in this case. Offsets are known and should be use.
I tried to touch the sources but I still don't understand where it should be done :
I can have the proper display with !AXYZ for the the program but the liveplot is still incorrect.
Also with this mod, the offset seems to be applied twice for the linuxcnc example xyzc

It's not that simple, it would be fairly common to set the origin at the material surface for a cylindrical engraving task, for example.
