micro stepping was created by alexr
hey guys
just a quick question.
page 20 on getting started guide for emc2 states that a value of 2 is to be used for half stepping in stepconf wizard
so i guess this means
1 for full step
2 for half step (in getting started manual)
3 for quarter step
4 for eighth step
5 for sixteenth
6 for thirty-second step
correct?
i cant seem to find the details anywhere!? i hoping you know off the top of your head or know where to point me to.
thanks guys

No, you are right. Some drives do 1/10 steps, for example.
The number is just the number of microsteps per step.
