L297 IC AND VREF PIN 15 was created by cncdtgrouter
Know how I can turn From EMC2 STEPER CONFIGURATION the Vref pin 15 from L297 (Reference voltage for chopper circuit. A voltage applied to this pin determines the peak load current.)
One option is the Amplifier enable is perhaps another
Why I want the amplifier enable to turn on the circuit

I think you need an analogue voltage to that pin, probably best done with a potentiometer, not from the PC.

Thanks for answer
I know this circuit with potentiometer but when the motor xyz does not move or press pause in the EMC2 or NOT press RUN to start the g-code files
AND EMC2 is active with (Amplifier enable) .There is a large current through in motor
Must to control the circuit with potentiometer with logical start input
Sorry for my English

You need to set the current limit to the right value for the motor when stationary. Otherwise you will have no holding torque.
It might be that you are trying to compensate for a voltage which is too low by using a hight current setting.
