CNC lathe

hi,

I hope that I sit in the correct TOPIC (is a general question)

the axes of my lathe work in the config wizard step, but if you go to emc yourself these axes do not work.
I've also noticed that the pins in place have changed the configuration you specify in the config step

Idea's for my problem?
