Need help with spindle setup

I am using hitachi wj200 2.2 kw and chinesse spindle 1.5kw with gecko g540.
Tried to connect and run it with my laptop with analog control. Everthing works but one little problem. It is completely inverted. It starts wioth max RPM and when I issue m3 s1000 for.e. spindle runs 23000 RPM or, S10000 spindle goes 14000 or s500 spindle goes 23500 rpm or s23000 spindle goes 1000rpm . When I issue M5 spindle goes to max RPM or 400Hz. If anyone can spare me headache I would be very gratefull. My spindle is 400Hz 24000RPM max.

You need to attach your config files ( hal and ini).

Obviously something is backwards, but we don't even know what control method you are using

hey thank u for answer.
I tried to play with hal file but without man luck.
I measured pin 8 on gecko after i power up and it shows 9.8V. With m3 and slower speeds it voltage goes down and with m5 signal is max again . Guess that is correct. Tried also to find some settings on hitachi wj200 to invert the signal that it gives less frequency with bigger voltage but couldn't find any option like that .
Ill upload my hal and ini later.

try changing:
setp parport.0.pin-14-out-invert 1
to:
setp parport.0.pin-14-out-invert 0
