Actually, I am in the UK and my R1 does mph. (and tops out at 186 mph, apparently).


Well, it actually does km/hr too, its just your speedo is out by a factor of 1.609!
So your R1 is travelling at 100 km/hr, its doing 27.77 m/sec (in SI units)

Andy, the question everyone wants answered is can your R1 accelerate at an average of 9.26 m/sec/sec to achieve 100 km per hour in 3 seconds?

Thats approaching Tesla ludicrous mode performance so we need video evidence please! :) :)

And yes, the numbers are really quite different. I think acceleration is hard to grasp for the non engineering layperson.

No, it is listed as 3.04 seconds to 97km/h (60 mph).
