First thing, try a different keyboard.
I have a USB keyboard
I put a keyboard & mouse with UBS wire but nothing changes, always stuttering.
And do not change the servo period, set it back to 1000000 ( 1 million), that messes everything if set to other values.
I had put 100000 because my first configuration works very well with this value
I tried to put 1000000 in "base period" but it accentuated the stuttering ... it works much better when I put 120000. I have the same disturbances on my frequency converter, my spindle has speed variations...
Thank you

You are mixing base period and servo period,
base_period 120000 <<<< is OK, anything that works without latency warnings
-
servo_period 1000000 <<<< must be 1000000, can be changed but other values have to be changed accordingly.
Attach the hal and ini files so we can have a look.

Hello,
no, I do not confuse the best configuration I could find with this computer is well :
servo_period: 120000
base_perido: 59480.
if I put 1000000 the servo_period it works less well.
my "max jitter" varies between 15000 and 9900000
Thank

Make a video and upload to youtube or google drive so we can have a look and hear what is going on.

Hello,
you will find in these videos the stuttering of my machine especially at the level of the sound, we have difficulty to discern it on the video.
this is effective when the 3 or 5 axes work at the same time
we can also see that the speed of the spindle is not stable at all
Thank you

I explicitly asked a few posts back if you are getting latency warnings when using LinuxCNC, and you said NO!!!
Why would you waste our time like that, the video shows the warning, machine will not work properly until you fix the latency issue by:
-disabling everything related to hyperthreading, power saving, c states, virtualisation, etc in the PC's BIOS
-setting the base period higher till there are no more latency warnings
-use the RTAI kernel since you are using the parallel port.
-change the PC, but finding a new PC with a parallel port is getting hard. Dell 980 towers are good.

I was sure from the writing you were a native English, sorry about that.
back on topic,
Latency warning is the popup on the right bottom side with a red circle and an x in it, it is warning that the PC could not produce the steps at a constant rate, that is why the machine stutters as the steps train is not consistent.
The same goes for spindle, the PC is not able to keep the PWM output constant.
Please check and fix the 4 things i mentioned above, one by one till there is no more warning.
