Setting up Gecko Drive G251 in StepConf was created by kstanley
Hello,
I'm a new user and having a hard time with the step time, step space, direction hold, direction setup info.
I email Gecko and ask for the specs. This is what they sent back to me:The G251 requires a minimum on and off time of 1uS (1000nS) with a maximum step pulse frequency of 350kHz at a 50% duty cycle.
What are the values that I need to enter?
Thanks in advance

Well, 1000nS sounds like the right number for steplen and stepspace. Maybe double it to be safe.
The others can probably be the same, but 10,000nS won't be any hardship.

The G251 uses the same timing as the G203v so if your using the stepper configuration wizard you can just pick the 203v. If your hand coding then step space and step length is 1000ns and direction setup and direction hold is 200ns.
