Spindle Speed box removal was created by cwebs
I have just got my cnc router built and running with EMC2 and am very happy with it. My problem is when I run stepconf I ended up with the Spindle Speed box in Axis and don't want or need it. It also takes up to much room in the GUI. How can I rid this? Speak slowly I'm new at this. Thanks Carl

Do you mean a spindle speed indicator at the top righthand side of Axis
It looks like a sliding bar?
If so that is a Pyvcp add on and you can disable it on the advanced page of stepconf.

Yes that is what I mean. I tried once to change that and EMC2 would not start after. I 'll play with that again. Thanks Carl

The only way I could fix this was to deleat everything and run step config again. I also could not set up a second maching. Neather would run then. But I am running and realy liking EMC. Carl
