Peter I installed 3.14.39 with the ethernet RT patch. I am getting high latencies, 1m ns??? Is this a possible bug or are the numbers legit. Did I miss something in the kernel config when compiling? Let me know. Thanks.

If you mean the preemt-rt patch, you should get decent latency from a H81
If you did not, its likely you did not set the proper kernel options for a fully preempt-able kernel

freeby.mesanet.com/makert should build the latest preemt-rt kernel

freeby.mesanet.com/rtconfig is a known working .config file

Thanks Peter I will look into it. This is on a different system since I retired the H81 for a desktop PC.

Note this is not 7I92 specific but just a way to make a up-to date
Preemt-RT kernel on a Debian (Ubuntu, Mint, Debian etc) based system

Peter do you have any other documentation on the 7i92 or a possible wiki page? Let me know. Thanks.
