motherboard for linuxcnc uspace + mesa 7i80hd

I've got an Asrock J4105M running fine with 4.9rt but my graphics are total crap. Can't seem to get graphics to work, will need to update to 4.18.5rt.

How do I use the config file that PCW provided? Is that used in the installation process? or just for reference?
