While this is not for controlling a machine it is for programming and testing Mesa cards and I'm super happy with the results.

Can you add --show at the end of the latency histogram line, there are some off screen excursions there.

Today, I have made some changes in grub option for my AS-Rock LCNC controller.
Code:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet isolcpus=1 nohalt irqaffinity=0"
Now, latency seems to be very stable and low. See histogram below.
 

Currently I'm running a lcnc-hw test. I will post results very soon.
