Definitely but they are occupied in working machines. Once you hear the difference you would never use them for anything but testing.

Besides the Duet boards (which Remora does not support) there does not seem to be a lot of STM32 boards equipped with ethernet. Which one(s) were you thinking of?

It looks like the Arduino Ethernet Shield 2 uses the w5500 and the version 1 the w5100. So the v2 should work straight up.

Well i just ordered a w5500 will be fun to play around on.
Been super busy these last few months.

Very cool way this is heading. I think it has been asked before will the current codebase work on blackpills (f411)? It would make such an affordable combo w5500+f411+chinese bob.

Hi, theoretically yes. A new target would need to be configured but there is a Nucleo-F411RE target that could be used as a base.

Interrupt driven reception is working now (not yet in the repo). Still trying to figure out how to hack in an SPI DMA master into the w5500 code.... no luck as yet.
