You are sure about rt .... I see rt_preempt but nor rt.... and yes you must pay 30usd o little bit more for professional use.

any how on mint? Than prefer instead debian. debian was more complicate to run opc-ua, profinet opencv etc etc .... ubuntu style SO is quite more easy on that things.

bookworm is only debian SO right? not mint not ubuntu .... well understand?


 
Ubuntu want to charge for RT kernel.
I tried my Bookworm compiled kernel on Bullseye and it would not install.
debian is pretty easy to get everything working with good latency now
