The missing firmware module can safely be ignored.
The above post can be safely ignored as well.
Tho if it is something you can do and can afford, I would recommend looking at the riocore/LinuxcncRIO project as that can connect via ethernet, is creates step/direction in hardware and as such only requires a servo thread. Another plus being you don't require a RTAI kernel. Just mentioning as this might be worth investigating. The developer is very generous with his time as well and the project is very active.

I'l try riocore/LinuxcncRIO later
Last night i did clean install of Debian 12.12
And downloaded :
RTAI Kernel 5.4.258
RTAI modulesernel 5.4.258
LinuxCNC package for RTAI kernel 5.4.258
Now when installed the kernel the message with i915 did not show up.
After a night of latency-test the numbers are ok.
Hyper threading is active that why it say 2 cores.

I disable hyperthreading and now it show max 16us and it never froze.
Edit: btw i think i know why it froze.
I had a wifi card put in but now i remove it.
And the latency is better without it.

Yeah wifi can be an issue sometimes.
It might be worth looking into some of the services that maybe running not is not required for a cnc machine, CUPS is one for example.

With this configuration i will leave like this.
The next issue is i have a 12 inch touchscreen monitor 1024x768 resolution but the touch does not work.
I have another 22 inch touchscreen monitor and it works perfect.
I verify the xinput list and it register the touchscreen as Holtek touch.
I tried to enable the touchscreen with xinput enable 8 (device 8 as the touchscreen) but nothing works.
