I'm trying to solve the problem just figured out I will inform you via the defective file.
I'm always using g64 without options

If you run at high speed feed with G64 set with no options, you will get significant rounding over of corners, where the next line starts effectively before the current one finishes.
If you set G64 P0.1 to go within 1/10th mm of every point, does this effect what you are seeing?

I tried G64 P0.1 and it works perfectly without any problems the same gcode.
strange that after modification with gedit decreased the defect ..
