I would remove On from the first line. And add % to the begining and end of the file

Heres a hexdump -C of the beginning of the file:

00000010  2a 6e 20 2a 2a 2a 2a 20  20 20 20 20 29 0a 4e 31  |*n ****     ).N1|

Notice the first three characters have bit 7 set so somehow the file has been munged with an inappropriate
editor or something. Deleting the junk at the beginning like FariaAl said will likely get rid of the funny characters.
