For Anyone else struggling setting up a Zenbot controller
it requires pin 1 setting as Amplifier Enable
and by default is set for 16x microstepping

A great big THANK YOU to the posters on this thread. I've been tearing my hair out trying to get my motors to respond in LinuxCNC and the comments about inverting the amp-enable signal steered me in the right direction.
I'm beginning to think I may actually get this thing running someday!
