Gentleman,
I want to say Thank you to everyone through the time helping me out to set up my machine. The thing is running at the moment, all buttons are working fine with the commands discussed here. I can select between the different axis and jog them in both directions with no issues. A button for rapid jogging was also assigned and everything is working well. The issue was from my side and I had some omissions myself, but things turned out great!
Thank you for the time and effort spent!

What was the error? Maybe good to know for other people dealing with the same problem...
