I am trying to use probe screen in axis based GUI. The version is 2.8.4.
I followed instructions to install section. When started, the probe screen is empty. Please see the screenshot and log attached. There are some exceptions throws, but I am not sure what they are exactly. Maybe related to GUI libs.I am using Dabian Debian Wheezy in a 32 bit machine.
I am unable to upgrade to latest OS as the machine is 32 bi. I cannot move to a new machine as my motion controller uses parallel port.

Are you loading HALUI (It's an entry in the INI file [HALUI] section: HALUI = halui
That seems to be the first thing that it complains of. It looks like there also should be a long list of MDI_COMMANDS (at least 23 of them)

yes there is an entry.
I just realized that the tab controls are actually shown randomly. I could not identify any pattern. But looks like if I were to resize the main window it appears but also dis-appears some times.
